Communing – the “Gift” – why we journey

Posted on April 11, 2023April 11, 2023

“Communing” (Trance) in the Naturistic Shamanic Tradition journey experience.

We see this as the experience of:
  • Everything and nothing.
  • The beginning and end of all things.
  • It is the moment of complete knowledge and the abandonment of complete knowledge.
  • The moment of complete experience and the abandonment of control over that complete experience.
Communing (trance) can be done consciously. It’s not something that you lose yourself in, yes you lose yourself into it, but at the same time, there is a consciousness where you are aware of your physical. You know this is a thing, but simultaneously, you have moved out into this abundance of space, time, knowledge, information, experience and possibilities, and it’s all there. This experience is the moment of communion, where there is this experience of infinite possibilities. Communing is the possibilities available to you.
When you return to your conscious physical self, much of that is lost, and what remains with your consciousness that you are aware of is one or two small things. The physical person can only hold so much. You can’t hold all of that in physical bodily consciously.
So communing is an exceptional and intense experience. Our Naturistic Shamanic Tradition calls it the “gift, ” which is why we journey. Please share… this gift.
