Overweight problems – Our approach

Posted on February 19, 2021February 19, 2021

As you see us expand this topic, you’ll see we aren’t judging too-much-weight, rather fascinated by finding the resolution and healing its genesis. Please keep an open mind as we explore the threads back to their source.
A most interesting thing about too much weight is that most people think that people carrying too much weight/size is that these people eat a lot and they have a lot of nourishment. But in-fact one can be over-weight/size/obese and be utterly malnourished.

Malnourishment is an interesting concept here because we think of it almost always ta the physical malnourishment, like not getting enough vitamins or nutrients. However, whilst this is apart of wellbeing, we really want to pursue what is driving you to malnourish your body in this way? So not so much what you’re eating but rather:

“Why are you eating that?”
“Why are you going for that kind of food?
“Why am I going for food that doesn’t nourish me?
“What is it about me that I don’t want to nourish?”

So this is at the physical level.

The frame of the body is not made to carry excess weight, just enough to cover the bones with muscle and some bulk, this is its design, and the body knows that, please don’t underestimate its innate intelligence. This bulk is like “extra layers”.

Then we explore the emotional, mental, and finally spirit. But going straight to the spiritual aspect:

“Why would you want to put that stress on your body?”
“Why these extra layers?” (There are so many possibilities)

Then we explore your ancestry following all these threads at the level of spirit and find what way-back-there is affecting you here in this existence.

One possibility is that weight isn’t yours. Maybe you have this unresolvable problem with weight/size that can’t be resolved here, rather the point of healing is in the ancestral lines, but for some reason, you are expressing it. These can be expressions of loss, grief, or anger, from times way before you were born.

So that’s our approach, where we’d look for resolutions, where it all started, to free those living in this current existence.

Thanks
Brad and Caroline
