If the human group wants to change direction right now, something drastic has to happen: we have to meet the natural world and become one with it. Right now, when we meet the natural world, we arrive agitated, distressed, frightened and angry. As individuals, we need to remove ourselves from those energies and create a space where we can meet the natural world, so that we can support it and it can support us.

Key Points Summary Below.
Thank you, and welcome, everybody. This message is from the Ancestral Medicine Women, or the Mothers, as some will know us by. Brad has asked us to share a message with everyone listening about the time we are living in and the energies around us. In many ways they are very confusing, especially for people who are in tune with the spiritual or energetic world, or with their own spirit.
There is a lot of disruptive energy at the moment. It isn’t only people who are spiritually aware or open who are feeling it. Many people are feeling unsure and agitated, which tells us that this energy, which everyone is trying to deal with, understand or be with, is very agitating. You can see it all around the world in the way people handle conflict and disagreement, and in the way human life, and the natural world, is disregarded and in some cases decimated. People seem incapacitated: they have no way to respond or to understand.
This isn’t only happening in the wider world. It happens in smaller communities, where an issue arises and then snowballs. It happens for individuals too. In normal circumstances, if something distressing happens, you might feel anxious for a few days, but you can lay it out, think it through and work it out. Now there seems to be an energy that both incapacitates and encompasses people, so there is no space for a thing to be thought about, externalised and understood. People can’t express themselves or reach a rational, logical or beneficial reasonong/conclusion about whatever the situation is.
Then there is the weather. Whether or not you believe in climate change isn’t relevant to what we’re about to say. Many people believe humans are affecting the weather, and we’re not saying farming, deforestation and overfishing aren’t contributing factors. But we are talking about something else: the human energetic pulse. Humans have contributed to weather patterns for a very long time because the human group energy is so enormous. When you couple that with the energy of the natural world, you have two vast energy groups, separate and then coming together. When there is disturbance in either, whether agitation, fear, distress or unhappiness (or, on the other side, joy), it affects the weather. We impact the natural world as the natural world impacts us, energetically.
So this discussion isn’t only about what humans do to each other and the decisions they make. It is also about how the energy of those decisions affects the human group, the planet and the natural world. The natural world is in many ways so wise and yet so innocent. When you go into a forest, sit by a lake, go to the beach or sit at the top of a mountain, you feel the wisdom and knowledge, but you also feel the innocence, the joy of the wind being the wind, the mountain being the mountain, the lake being the lake. It is a balm to our souls.
So when we, as a huge energetic group, are agitated, disrupted and hurting each other, the natural world is affected and responds. We get terrible weather, failing crops, plagues of insects and more. This happens because the two energetic groups are interlinked, not separate.
This is important to understand.
Many people say that what humans are doing to the planet is causing global warming. That is true, but they often don’t look at it from an energetic point of view, and that is the most important part. We aren’t talking about fossil fuels or renewable energy. We are talking about the energy the whole group emanates. It is agitated and shaking, and that shakes the natural world. Does the natural world want to be shaking like that? No. It wants to feel its knowledge, its wisdom, its innocence and its role, because every part of it knows what its role is. But it is being agitated too, and that agitation shows up as problems with the planet and the weather.
So what can one person do? First, hold the faith that the human group is strong enough to overcome this, and that the natural world is stronger still. If one person can link positively with the natural world, you begin to support it, and it begins to support you. This is sometimes called the butterfly effect: it happens here, then over there, and over there.
If a group of you, two, three, four or ten, do the same, so much the better. Go into nature. You might have a garden, a pot plant, or be near water. Be with it and connect your energy with whatever you are with. Really feel that movement of connection become a communing, where you feed and read each other’s energy. If one person can do it, many can. But it needs to be a regular practice.
We wish you well on that journey. If you try it, just you, and once you have really understood it and can do it, and you take other people with you, we would love to hear from you. The more people who do it, the more people will follow. If we can get a movement going, we will see a change in the human group energetic psyche. That is what we want, because whatever we do goes into that psyche, and everybody feeds from it, now and in the future. We need to put new information in there, and it needs to be strong: full of life, positivity, possibility, innovation and strength.
Thank you, and many blessings.

Key Points Summary
- The current energy is agitating and disruptive. It affects everyone, not only spiritually aware people, and leaves many feeling unsure, agitated and unable to respond or think clearly.
- It shows up at every scale: global conflict, community issues that snowball, and individuals unable to process normal stresses.
- Humans and the natural world are energetically interlinked. The collective human energy affects the weather and natural systems, and the natural world affects us in return.
- This is an energetic view, separate from the physical causes of climate change. Caroline doesn’t dismiss physical factors but says the energetic side is the most important and is often overlooked.
- The natural world is wise and innocent. It doesn’t want to be agitated, and its disruption shows up as bad weather, crop failure and insect plagues.
- What one person can do: hold faith that the human group can overcome this and that the natural world is stronger, and connect regularly with nature (a garden, pot plant, water, forest).
- Meet nature from a settled state. Step away from agitation, fear and anger first, so you and nature can support each other.
- The goal is a movement. One person leads to a group, and enough groups shift the collective energetic psyche toward life, positivity, possibility, innovation and strength.
- Invitation: anyone who practises this and brings others along is asked to get in touch.
